Not going to going to get on my soapbox, however, Chick-fil-A has been my go to whenever I whated a "Pick me up" customer service experience. NOT ANYMORE. The service wasn't really bad, however it wasn't outstanding like Chick-fil-A "WAS" known for. No one smiling, rush to take the order then walked away. After finally receiving oou order, NO, " MY PLEASURE" from any of the employees we talked to. The food was good, my sandwich ( Spicy chicken )was a bit flat and over cooked, however it tasted good. Come on CHICK-FIL-A OWNERS, let's get that Chick-fil-A LOVE back, Customer Appreciation day is Just Around The Corner
On Tuesday July 21 I would like to send a thank you SKY at the Chic fla at Mcg hospital who was a phenomenal customer service representative was very frustrating and very rough and my order is messed up and I was given attitude. Sky was phenomenal, professional, and the customer service was beyond Great!!! No matter how frustrated I was her demeanor never changed. Thank you Sky was my mama was in ICU, I ha no rest, and then my order was not what I asked for and you changed my whole experience during a very hard time.
Surprised how efficient and clean this Chick-fil-A is. Its quite busy but they were quick and we sat at a table they brought the food to us. Multiple staff came by to check on us, refill our drinks, take our trash. They clean the tables and seats between customers. I was very impressed.
Stopped by Chick-fil-A and, as usual, it delivered. Food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you’re hoping for when you want something quick and reliable in the middle of a hectic hospital day. Morgan at the counter was a pleasure - welcoming, patient, and genuinely upbeat. That kind of attitude goes a long way, especially in an environment where most people are in a rush or under stress. Service was smooth, the area was clean, and everything moved efficiently despite the constant flow of people. This location proves you don’t have to sacrifice quality or service just because it’s inside a hospital. Easy 5 stars.
